Australian Camp Trekking is a gentle, pleasant, and safe trekking route in Nepal’s Annapurna region. This trekking trail is ideal for those with little vacation time but who wish to experience Nepali hiking. The Australian Camp trip is one of Annapurna’s most beautiful short trekking routes. It provides a beautiful view of the high Himalayas and a lush forest all around.

After a one-hour drive to Kande on the outskirts of Pokhara, this simple walk begins. For people of all ages, Australian Camp Trekking may be the ideal alternative. Similarly, people find it fascinating and refreshing to take a vacation from the monotony of city life. After we start the walk, we’ll stick to the well-worn path and get into the countryside.

Likewise, we begin by ascending via the native way of life in a multi-ethnic village nestled in the Himalayan foothills. Furthermore, Australian Camp Trekking provides a fantastic perspective that is serene and quiet while yet providing panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and the lovely Fishtail mountains. Annapurna Base Camp Trekking intersects with Australian Camp Trekking.

From Pokhara, we’ll travel to Dhampus Phedi. Trekkers can reach Dhampus Settlement by walking uphill past the village, verdant luxuriant woodlands, and agricultural fields. Gurung, Magar, Brahmin, Chhetris, and Untouchables all live in the village. Moreover, trekkers will be soothed by terraced farmlands and a traditional rural setting.

Furthermore, hiking can be used to describe Australian Camp Trekking. Visitors continue ascending through temperate woodlands of various deciduous trees. Likewise, they come across monkeys and other wild creatures. Your uphill journey is made easy by the cool forest with rhododendron flowers and the pleasant sound of the woods.

Moreover, the grassy meadows at the summit of the Australian Camp provide spectacular views all around.  Enjoy the magnificent Himalayas, terraced farmlands, a multi-ethnic society, and a diverse woodland environment, among other things.

Similarly, the beautiful city of Pokhara will greet you at the end of your journey. The Fewa Lake gleams in the shadow of the majestic Himalayas. The Australian Camp Trek includes a sightseeing visit in Pokhara as a bonus.

We begin the journey by visiting a small island in the lake, then crossing the lake to reach a cool forested region and ascending to the Top of the World Peace Stupa, which offers a breathtaking perspective. A visit to the Cave, Waterfall, and International Mountain Museum are all wonderful additions.

The Australian Base Camp is located in the northwest corner of the Pokhara Valley, and it takes around 3 hours to get there. Similarly, the Australian Camp is located at a height of 2060 meters above sea level. Furthermore, you can take in the breathtaking scenery of the neighboring mountain ranges.

Australian Camp is ideal for those looking for a short overnight hike in the Pokhara area. One of the best short hiking trails around Pokhara, Nepal is the Australian Base Camp Trek. Furthermore, a huge number of people, including Nepalese travelers, used to spend the night at Australian Camp to be rejuvenated by nature.
