Can I honestly say that I have never met people in my travels that would go over and above and are so beautiful and loving that I met when we conquered base camp (I mean that from the bottom of my heart)? We a team of 19 Volunteers from Habitat for Humanity built two houses in Itahari, a region in Southeast Nepal. We have put 50 days for the Nepal adventure expedition through the Nepalese Himalayas. First planned an adventure in the Kanchenjunga and Makalu regions, the plan was to first go to the Kanchenjunga base camp and then follow the great Himalayan trail to connect with the Makalu Barun region.
