Any kind of personal travel insurance is not included while traveling with us. While we at Great Adventure Treks and Expedition put every effort to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. Without it, we are afraid that it will be very difficult for us to cooperate. This is important because it protects us against unfavorable circumstances, it is preferable to take a “Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy” before your arrival in Kathmandu. Thus make sure your medical policy should cover transportation costs in the event of helicopter or surface evacuation being required. This is especially important for expeditions.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made by the client in written form; either by fax or email at least 1 week before the departure date of any trip booked. 20% of the total payment will be applied as a cancellation fee. If you do this your cancellation of the trip will be successful.
