As a couple in a party of 11 we had a fabulous 3 weeks time in Nepal, visiting the Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan, Lumbini, Pokhara, kurintar spring resort and a remote hill village. We have put 50 days for the Nepal adventure expedition through the Nepalese Himalayas. First planned an adventure in the Kanchenjunga and Makalu regions, the plan was to first go to the Kanchenjunga base camp and then follow the great Himalayan trail to connect with the Makalu Barun region. We really enjoyed the Annapurna Mountain and its many surprises. The mountains are definitely one of the most beautiful sights and scenes that we have experienced! We have been to so many places like Ghorepani and climbed many mountains, but the Annapurna Area is just beautiful! We could say, we got more than we asked for! we also admire the friendliness of the locals, their spicy cuisine, their colorful culture and their warm hospitality.
