We have just returned from a wonderful trek in Nepal. We were 7 ladies from New Zealand heading for Annapurna Base Camp. It was NOT a walk in the park - - as with anything in the Himalayas - it was a challenge for us as we were all over "retirement age " but determined to prove that we could do it. This is our first trip to Nepal, but surely it will not be our last. what great exercise and some incredible views at the base camps.
