We really enjoyed the Annapurna Mountain and its many surprises. The mountains are definitely one of the most beautiful sights and scenes that we have experienced! We have been to so many places like Ghorepani and climbed many mountains, but the Annapurna Area is just beautiful! We could say, we got more than we asked for! we also admire the friendliness of the locals, their spicy cuisine, their colorful culture and their warm hospitality. As a couple in a party of 11 we had a fabulous 3 weeks time in Nepal, visiting the Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan, Lumbini, Pokhara, kurintar spring resort and a remote hill village. The scenery and the Nepalese people are wonderful. The organization, care and attention to detail of Trexmount Ventures was exemplary and made the holiday such a success. It was our first family tour of Nepal. We spent seventeen days trekking the Annapurna Circuit accompanied by our Guide Tilak. We found him to be an extremely competent, kind heart and friendly companion. He assisted us greatly in all areas and ensured that our time was most enjoyable. The other two porters were terrific, they gave us a good feeling with their warm laugh even though they find hard to carry our bags. We have found Trexmount Ventures to be a highly reputable... We set off to follow the footsteps of Edmund Hillary and did Everest base Camp Trekking in October 2006 with Trexmount Ventures. There were so many highlights in the journey however - the school at Kumjung , the hospital at Kunde , the monastery at Tengboche and the foot of the mountain he submitted was an awesome experience.
