Overview

Chandragiri Champadevi Hills climb is becoming increasingly popular as a hiking destination. Similarly, this Kathmandu Rim hiking trek is a fantastic way to experience the Himalayas in one day, from the Annapurna range to Everest. The panoramic Himalaya, Kathmandu city, gorgeous forest, and neighboring hills provide a breathtaking perspective.

By 8:30 a.m., a Trexmount Ventures Guide will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to the Chandragiri Cable Car Station. The 2.4-kilometer cable car ride takes 11 minutes. A short trek will take you to the top of Chandragiri hills, where a Baleshore Temple stands at 2551 meters. Take in the breathtaking scenery. There aren’t many places to eat or drink in between hikes, so stock up on water and food before setting out.

Moreover, at 2240 meters, the trails drop to Deurali. A few trails lead to various locations. We choose the east track and begin ascending to the tea shop in the midst of the forest, where the Machchhegaun alternate hiking route intersects. Furthermore, it provides a beautiful wilderness hiking ambiance, with pure air, a tranquil, dense forest, and plenty of wildlife. There is a tea shop in the middle, however, it is not always open. Moreover, the trail follows the Simpani Danda’s ridge. Similarly, it is a lovely setting in the middle of the forest. From this vantage point, you can see the entire Himalayan range, from Annapurna to Mount Everest. Moreover, to go to Champadevi hill, we’ll create a downhill rocky trail. It is a small Hindu Temple in the center of the hill.

Similarly, the trail descends steeply to Hattiban through Taukhani danda, ending the Chandragiri Champadevi Hills climb. Likewise, it is preferable to stroll with walking poles, which will greatly assist your knee in descending. It has beautiful views of the horizon. Furthermore, the hiking trail from Chandragiri Champadevi to Hattiban is extremely important. A short day hike will reveal and feel a wonderful blend of nature. The driver from Trexmount Ventures will pick you up from Hattiban and transport you to the hotel.
