The Kathmandu Sunrise Tour package is unique. We have focus to visit on the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE in the kathmandu valley and Nagarkot Hill station excursion during this tour. Travelers involved in the tour of Kathmandu’s religious destination and architectural building. As well as it involves Nagarkot Sightseeing with a sunrise view.

Normal Kathmandu Valley Tour includes sightseeing only but this tour package for a holiday in Nepal includes an amazing vantage point for the sunrise. Moreover, travelers can gaze upon the Mountain Vistas of more than 3 dozen including world highest Mount Everest.

Itinerary

01Day

Arrive Kathmandu

Our Representative will come to pick up you with holding sign “Trexmount Ventures” from the Airport & Transfer to the Hotel.  Our Tour Leader will take pre departure meeting in the Hotel or in the  Trexmount Ventures head office; Briefing will cover your whole itinerary, collecting your Documents such as copy of passport, Travel insurances and tour voucher.

02Day

Kathmandu

Your Tour Guide will come to the Hotel at 9 am and Drive to Swayambhunath: This temple is one of the most enchanting glorious and oldest Buddhist stupas in the western part of Kathmandu Valley. it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and offers a fantastic view. The gold-plated Stupa made in the 5th Century is also a world heritage site and one of the powerful pilgrimage sites for Buddhists where the Red-clad Monks live and pray to their deities.

There are Painted eyes on the four sides of the spire bases, the symbol of Buddha’s clairvoyant powers. Legend has it that the history of the Valley began with the draining of an ancient lake by an Enlightened Being to reveal the Valley and a lotus flower was transformed into the hill and the shining light became the stupa itself.

Patan Durbar Squire: Patan is one of the Major cities of Nepal which is also a Business hub for the city. Patan is also known for its rich cultural Heritage, particularly its tradition of arts & Crafts. This is also known as the city of Festival & Feast.  The squire itself is a cluster of pagodas & Stone temples, Legends & History are another interesting part for the visitors.

Pashupatinath:  One of the world’s biggest Hindu temples of Lord Shiva. It is regarded as the most sacred among the Temples of Lord Shiva. Only Hindu believers are allowed to enter the Temple Premises. Non-Hindu Visitors are allowed to look at the Temples from other banks of the Bagmati River. This Temple has a gold pinnacle which is a symbol of religious thought.
The temple is of Pagoda style architecture, it has four main doors, all covered with silver sheets and two level roofs are of coppers with gold covering. There is a statue of a large bull near the western door which is also covered in gold. There is a small river by the side of the Temple which is believed the Holy River, Hindus believe that they will go into Heaven if they cremate into the bank of this river. So there will be many cremations going on every day. The Temple is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

And then Drive into Buddhanath Stupa: This is one of the major focal points for Buddhists. The stupa, also a World Heritage Site, looms 36 meters high and presents one of the most fascinating specimens of stupa design. There are more than 45 Buddhist monasteries in the area. This area is also known as Little Tibet because there were many Tibetan Refugees who came there in 1950’s and stayed there.

03Day

Nagarkot

Breakfast & Drive into Nagarkot which is into the outskirt of kathmandu Valley, hike to view tower to see the great Himalayan Range including Mt: Everest & scenic view of 360 degree  & exploring around, see the sun set view. O/N Hotel.

04Day

Bhaktapur

Breakfast , You will be hiking into the Nepalese countryside to the oldest hindu Temple Changunarayan which is found in 5th century, after the hike Drive to Bhaktapur, which is Ancient Arts, Culture and historical city.  Bhaktapur is listed as a World Heritage by UNESCO for its rich culture, temples, and wood, pottery farm, metal and stone artwork. This is an ancient Newar town in the east corner of the Kathmandu Valley. Translated Bhaktapur means the city of devotees.

The most laid back of the three valley towns its narrow brick paved streets harbor hidden shrines and statues around every corner. It is the third largest city in Kathmandu valley and was once the capital of Nepal during the great Malla Kingdom until the second half of the 15th century where 55 windows palace still can be seen. We will Transfer into the Airport for your flight back home. Spend a night in a very ancient city Bhaktapur. O/N Hotel.

Note: If you like to drive instead of hike please let us know early which is possible instead.

05Day

Departure

After having breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your returning flight. (Meals- B). Good bye & happy journey.
